We need and want your feedback. The good, the bad and the ugly. We know it's gonna hurt but we can take it.
As a newly launched site, you may see a lot of ugliness and suckiness as we work out the kinks. You will probably not see a lot of data. That’s because we are not taking feeds like most real estate websites. We want our members to have a connection to the Sellsius° community. That means they have to manually list their properties. Our hope is that members won’t waste their time putting up a lot of crap.
We built the site to make real estate search better but it needs data to work. Over time we expect it to yield the results consumers are looking for. A search that quickly finds any “needle in the haystack”. Give us time to grown into a valuable resource.
Building a Real Estate Community Consumers can Trust
For quality control, Sellsius° members are required to provide us with their license numbers and follow a Code of Ethics to help build a trustworthy community. If you see a member screwing it up for the rest of us, let us know and we will boot them. Their $29.95 is not worth it. We want consumers to trust the Sellsius° brand. One day we want them to ask their agent: "Are you a member of Sellsius°?" To achieve trust like that requires that the bad seeds be removed as quickly as we (and you) find them.
